FrontPage loading problem

I still have this problem

It's quite often(not always though), I have to refresh my home page one more time to get it loaded, otherwise, it will get stuck on a blank page.
How can I fix this?

Please enable showing errors in global configuration of server in joomla panel. The error displayed when blank page is seen will tell us what can be wrong.

Hello, I did as you said. However, it's not reporting any error.
Sometime I can see " waiting for chache" at the very left-bottom corner.

I'm sorry, but I do not know how to help with this. I have never seen the white screen, so cannot tell if there is any code, or an error which can lead to an answer I think best option is to see the error. You may need to rise the error showing level in php.ini file if the joomla one is not giving any results.
