Hi,
Sorry I don't understand what you want.
Are you sure that you want to use Aside Menu not Classic ?
Because most users are accustomed to the classical navigation.

Right now is not possible to open menu after mouse hover.

You are right, is that users are accustomed to the classic menu, but I need that to open the menu after moving the mouse cursor.

If you really this solution you have to use different menu module or customize it ...but
Lets face the fact, its not possible for us to provide customization support in all cases.
