I have tried to install the quickstart package with no success. I did however manage to install the Joomla 3.2.0 stable from their website so something is probably wrong with your qstart package. I'am, like topic sais, stuck in the database looping.
Also, I can see something is wrong when about to click install since server requirements and account info are simply blank.
Maybe you are able to send me the quickstart in form of a akeeba bckup/kickstart file since they tend to work excellent?
I did also try to do what you are telling in the Docs-section but no success. I'm running it on a dedicated server with WHM/cPanel so I'm able to do whatever changes are needed as long as i know what to do
