Grid Gk5 issue in buttom1 possition

Hi,

I installed the Music State quickstart template and I been trying to figurate out how to change the titel of the position buttom 1
but I could find the way instead the orders change. Now the titel is below the module.
Also I would like to have 8 (4 up & 4 down) grids blocks instead of 12 but when I deleted 4 blocks I have 6 up and 2 down.

Any help will be appreciated.
