show sub category mobile

Please set "show subcategory" to enabled and attach screen where on desktop it looks correct.

The fix will be added to next template release so if you will decide to update in the future - problem should not happen again.

Oh, to hide "suite" button
Please edit: /templates/gk_musicstate/css/override.css and add at its end:

Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
