The issue that I'm into now is the image show, when you go to the home page for the "first time", some images is not showing up and I just have 3. It show the first one and 2nd and 3rd ones shows as blank. If you refresh the browser all the 3 photos shows fine. It looks like has some issues to how the module loads the photos and all the website content for the first time visitors. I have tried in different machines and I have the same issue in all of them.

Could you please let me know how to fix it?

Also I'm making the photos 1600 width by 1000 height and after I crop in Photoshop I run a software to compress the images. They are + - 250kb each one.

Should I keep making the photos that size or a little bit smaller? What size should be fine? I'm following thru the "demo site" photo dimensions.
Thanks a lot!

For making photos smaller without loosing quality you can use JPEG mini http://www.jpegmini.com/
You can download the trial application that works for ever but with a limit of daily uses. For any simple website use will work fine.

Jpeg optimizer reduces images but also visible quality, Jpeg mini only reduce file size but not pixels size and keep the same visual quality making a file a lot smaller in KB

By the way, my website is www.laraiz.es, it is offline, but I can PM you the acces. I've already tried to unistall the whole module and reinstall it, I've also tried to install different versions (including the last one) and disable all the modules/plugins.
