can you add a section-nav navigation arrow to a top 1 or 2 module?
if so, how?

Hi

Can You please be a little more specific ? I do not understand. Do You mean to have arrows to rotate content ? If yes than I advice to use GK Tabs module which will be able to load any modules in it's content and rotate between them.
