Problem: An error occured during creating the thumbnail.

Just installed CloudHost 1.3 QuickStart and on the frontpage below the "WHY SHOULD I HOST WITH CLOUDHOST" section there is a text: "An error occured during creating the thumbnail." instead of showing a preview picture of the arcticle.

I tried to search the problem but had no luck. Could you help me with that?

Hello,

Firtst of all, please check the permissions of your thumbnails directory: wp-content/uploads/gk_nsp_cache/ (should be 755).

The first thing I checked was permissons. I've set 777 permissons to the hole 'www' directory where the site exists - still have that error.

You know I changed the hosting and now it works perfectly! I really tried to find the reason but gave it up - let it be

If another hosting solved the issue, It was probably a problem with PHP GD library.
