Using <i class="icon-bar-chart"></i> in page title

I am using <i class="icon-bar-chart"></i> to include icon in the page title and i see the following problem.

Please see the screenshot. The title text shows up with tags on top of the page.

Please help fix this problem.

Its not because of that element. It looks like you have made some changes to source code or one of your pages/widgets has additional closing tag, or not closed html tag. Ig you look to source code you will see its quite messed up.
