how to edit Header price table on the front page

Can someone help me with instructions on how to edit the header price table on the front page. I am not a developer but an admin level user familiar with using cms like wordpress & joomla. I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to edit the header and the footer menu. I cannot find the page in wordpress where i can edit this content. Seems like its a png image with html content on it and need help to edit it. Your help is much appreciated.

You can edit it from Appearance -> Widgets page.
