Change "My Account" button text

I'm trying to do two things:

1.) Change the text of the Log-In Button...I used the QuickStart pack and I now have "My Account", but would like it to say "Member Log-In"

2.) Is there a relatively simple way to have that button redirect to another URL that houses our actual Member Platform?

ad 2) in template settings, check Tab called "Features" --> Login URL - here input your custom URL, and your button (top right) will direct into. It's quite easy.
