can`t restore telephone symbol

Hi

Now i changed our Header and afer saving are the telephone and conversation Symbol are lost.(see attachment)
how can i restore them. I tried it with the code , but with no succes.

Yes i have entered this code before, but after saving is my posted part deleted and i don`t know why.

disable TinyMCE in Global Configuration and put again.
