I do not understand why, when I open a custom html box, not only for this design but all of the designs and when I edit the picture or the text, the images vanish. :?: This was poorly written, with great intentions. I need this issue fixed for two web sites, fixed to the point when we do editing, we do not need to call upon Gavick and shut down our web site. PM for access.

Hi, next time when you said that something is "poorly written" check your HTML/JS/CSS skills.
Code can be removed because on TinyMCE/JCE because inside there were (should be) special tags.

All we did was open it, look at the html/code and closed it, nothing was changed. Why would you write this module like this anyway?

It wasn't my idea. You're right In modern templates most developers uses shortcodes or solutions like SP Page Builder.

Thank you so much for your support, I have one more request within the design.... When we put our activity stream on the front page (Index.php) home; the privacy spooler is appearing incorrectly. Could you fix that? Plus we would like to remove the message box that says errors or login successful or login failed. It is not needed anymore.

We doesn't support customized .php files from template.
Second, next time use Custom php/js plugin.

So your telling me your not going to fix the error in the template that was sold to me that it would work with JomSocial and it has a error and you can't fix that error?

Relax.
First, all template I mean QS if you're using it, is based on modules or components, which you can control by back-end.
Second, JomSocial is a commercial component whcih it's own support and manuals.
Third, "how to remove or disable certain features.." but which one?

Support means removing errors and basic help about GK modules/GK templates.

Maybe if you would not argue with me, SUPPORT me as I paid for the product(s) and the support, you would have notice that I stated and I quote "When we put our activity stream on the front page (Index.php) home; the privacy spooler is appearing incorrectly." Now; this is a problem with Gavick template, not Jom Social. Work's splendidly on other web sites, same configuration, same versions and on the same server. All this arguing your doing is wasting time and looks entirely bad on Gavick. If you continue to argue with me, I will file a complaint with the BBB and with the web site on having you removed as a developer.

You can always remove template override and check if on default JomSocial there is similar problem or not.
Which version of JomSocial are using + screenshot with arrows please .

This third also should be in GK_MusicState, I have no idea why it is in the wrong template forum.

So maybe less coffee next time.

Jom Social told us to refer to our template provider for the login successful message in that is in a js, and for the reason of the mobile ssl not work, Joomla! also referred me to my template provider.

Justin, you mean popups from JomSocial or from what plugin ?

Most pop-ups uses it's own JS so it can generate conflicts. We cannot rewrite only for you whole template, because you want to use plugin ABC or DEF. I suggest to check others. There are over 8000 extension so we cannot support them all. Some creators of plugins know php/js very little so it makes problems.

@Concanflow - could you please describe step by step how to replicate the problem?
Please write what to click and where to look for the described problem. If login credentials are needed, please provide them via PM to Oscar ( please send gem a PM with: URL to your website, login and password of user with login privileges (please create one for him), link to this thread).
If it cannot be easily written, please describe as exact as you can and attach a screenshot on which the problem can be seen, even mark it with use of some graphic software.
After providing above I'm sure Oscar will be able to help you in no time.
