the header image looks too big

Please check the image like the green header.
No image background, so the image will not have effect on menu..

I have installed Flex Header but I dont like the way it looks.

Can you give me some advice to make the header image look better?

If you would like to have an image which consumes less space - please crop it differently. The sample screen shows image that is much more "widescreen" then one used by you.
