Homepage like demo

I am working on a new site here:

I am new to Gavick. I installed the Cloudhost template and can not figure out how to make it act like the demo. What I want is the header bar/menu animations like the demo. When I scroll down it stays hidden until I get past the header position then it shows and switches like the demo.

How do I set that up? Thank You

I installed the quick start package and got that solved, but I am interested in how to duplicate this affect on other pages. I want to have three main sections of my site. Each main section I want the topbar/navbar affect that the homepage uses.

Can you tell me how to achieve this? Thanks
