Facebook OG Issue

Hello,

I can see meta og in source code however, when I verify in Facebook OG tester it says error.

When I share anything on facebook, it doesn't show any image or text. Please help, Thank you!

Hi

I'm afraid I do not see anything wrong on Your site. Open Graph values are set properly and there is no validation errors which can affect proper working of this elements. I think facebook has not refreshed this informations yet, but just in case I'm not seeing something, try install some additional Open Graph plugin.

Ok. Have you tried this 3rd party open graph plugin? This may reveal where the issue is exactly.

Hello,

It was fixed by disabling gzip compression in Joomla. Sounds strange but true!

Hi

Acctually it makes sense. Part of the plugin is loaded from outside of the website and compressed file was most probably missing this extra code, that's why it was not working. Thank you for the information.
