Radio Buttons not showing on Firefox

I am running Joomla 3.2 and the Cloudhost template. When viewing the site in Mozilla Firefox, the radio buttons do not appear.

I am also using Community Builder and ACY Mailing. The issue happens when i edit my community builder profile and trying to select the mailing lists which is pulling in Acymailing.

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez/Prostart? If the view comes from 3rd party extension you probably need to contact with extension provider because all 3rd party extensions are beyond our support.
