Header intergration

I will like to integrate the header in cloudhost (not main page header but sub pages header, the one that holds it position when you scroll up and down the page) into my WHMCS. Any ideas on the the best way to include it in my WHMCS template.

It's a billing, hosting management, support system - whmcs.com.

All i want to do is include the cloudhost header and footer in these pages outside joomla but on same server.

Is there a file i can include my external page that contains header and the footer

Sorry but we don't support this kind of customisations.
In short - you need to recreate header and footer html structure, and attach css'es.
