In the template , in which file or where can i manage the content of the 404 page? texts, logo and background image?

About this topic we have also article on GK Magazine, but you will find link to it in manual at the bottom.
So you wasn't first person who as for it, but you have so much luck that I rewrite it again also fro You and for Joomla 3.x and GK templates users

thks for all advises; the last thing i can't find is the following
the link in this 404 page for the webmaster goes to [email protected].
and in my admin i don't see this mail and where to change it . In the configuration it is my mail and as well in users.

you are right I forgot to add this, fixed
in template configuration , there you will find Contact field
