Problem activating css compression and more

Hy again:

There is a problem when compression is enabled in the css template (or CSS override, Use prefixfreeand JavaScript compression) the error message is:

JFolder::create: La ruta no está entre las rutas del 'open_basedir'

(My web is in spanish language, but in english the message is like:)
JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths.

I'm using K2 + AcyMailing components and error appears when user try to register in AcyMailing form.

Any idea what happens? Thanks in advance.

Hmm it looks like something related with 3rd party extension because we don't use this kind of directory. Could you check whether in cache directory the subdir /gk is created properly and some files are inside?

Ok, I created the subdirectory / gk in the cache folder (which has files inside) and now all the elements work well except the javascript compression, which gives the error:

JFile: :leer: No se ha podido abrir el archivo: /home2/jmsconsu/public_html/components/com_k2/js/k2.js?v2.6.7&sitepath=/

Please try to exclude k2 scripts by adding 'com_k2' in excluded field in advanced settings tab.

Usually there is no problem with com_k2 scripts but maybe in your case they are in conflict with some other javascript code.
