Cloudhost permanent top bar?

Hi there,

I am wondering how I can make the top bar in the cloudhost template similar to the other pages.

Currently on the Home page, The top is white, once I scroll down OR go to a different page other than the home page it turns red. Any idea how I can change that to stay red on the home page similar to the other pages?

Note: This is where the login/logout module is. which I want there.

Please remove imageBg suffix from homepage.
