Hi how could disable designs for mobiles and outside on all devices always the same css. ?

You mean to disable responsive layout and display desktop for all devices?

Hello,
I mean I've changed things template.css but if you see it from a tablet or mobile does not leave the same.
I want to disable everything related to devices for the same thing always comes out.

1. Never, ever do changes into core template .css files. If one day you will decide to update the template - you will have to merge all the changes one by one. Use override.css instead and enable it's use in template settings - advanced section.
2. To completely disable loading of responsive styles please go to template settings, Layouts tab and disable "Responsive Layout".
