Problem with changing profile photo and post images

Hi,

I keep experiencing the following issue on the homepage:

1. When I change a member's profile picture, it continues to show up as a broken link. I am using the bp-cover plugin. When a member uploads a new profile picture, they have the option to crop the image - could this be causing it to appear as a broken image link on the homepage? I really need to get this fixed and understand what is causing it.

2. The same for a photo post. I have tried changing the data source (from user ID to general) and also tried adding several user IDs, but none of this generates the photo to apear on the home page.

I opened the site in 2 different browsers and see the issue is the same. That homepage is critical, so how can I ensure this will not happen once the site goes live. I have a much stronger understanding of how the Grid works now, it's just the data that's not pulling or showing correctly.
