Mobile Profile View Items Overlap

Please see attached screenshot, which I had to crop due to uploading restrictions.
On the Galaxy 3 Phone, when you look at Settings - Profile, you can see that the items overlap and look wrong. This continues all the way to the end of the page. I just tested this on my iPhone 5 and got the same result.

Please advise.

Add the following code into the theme’s css/override.css file (make sure to enable the “Use the override.css file” option in Template options > Advanced in the WordPress backend)
