Home page not in m social style

I have fresh install of WordPress 3.9.1 (http://hey-english.ru)
I install m-social (without quick start)
i cant see default page in m-social style (( it looks in old style of WP

What i did wrong ?? How make default page with m-social template ? (if i login to site i see all right)
