Contact Form - where to add fields

Hello,
The contact form is set at /contact-page but I cannot find a location where the fields can be added to the form. Also there is no meta code in the page but the contact form is still displayed. Can you please advise?

Hello,

The contact form is generated automatically by the template.contact.php file - there you can edit the form.

Hello Dziudek,

Where do you edit the email address this message goes to? I'm in the template.contact.php and i don't see where the default email address is located (i.e. what do i need to modify to have this message go to my sites contact email address?)

@deity999 - the e-mail for contact form can be specified in the theme options under the "Pages" tab.
