Hi, i am using the GK widget in another theme, and i am not able to customize it! I can´t set the color of any of the blocks, and i only see a white background and some text. The Bg images neither work properly.
How can i customize it?
Thank you very much!

Hi,

MSocial has additional CSS styles for GK Grid widget and widget inside the grid, so you have to create your own styles or copy them from css/extensions.css file.

Hi, Thank you for the answer,
where have i to copy that styles? In the style.css file from the theme? or can i work in the widget space? In the gk-grid.css file?
Have i to copy all the extensions.css file content?
Thank you very much!

Only this section from extensions.css file: "9.6. GK Grid blocks". Maybe use css file from your theme, I don't know which theme are you using so I can't tell you exactly. If it's one of our themes, you can use css/override.css file (firs enable this option from template options -> advanced tab)

Thank you very much!
I have just started to manage it, but now i find an error message [Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/content/96/12123496/html/wp-content/plugins/gk-grid/gk-grid.php on line 332],
that i have seen in another website that is using this widget, so i think it can be a common problem.
I am using the X theme, and my url is http://test.helpemprende.com/pages/
Could you help me with this?
Thank you!!

As you will see, it is deformed, the block are not squared. What can be making that happen?

Probably other css, I'm not sure, it's not our theme so I can't check it exactly. GK Grid is working properly, regarding this error message, could you provide me an URL? Then I'll be able to check it.

Try to add this css to your stylesheet:

Code: Select all
.gk-grid-wrap > .gk-grid-element {
-webkit-transform: scale(1.003);
-moz-transform: scale(1.003);
-ms-transform: scale(1.003);
-o-transform: scale(1.003);
transform: scale(1.003);
}

Hi!

I have some problems by adding images in my gk grid I. I have read your information in "GK Grid – WordPress widget" and I used the same codes as you did but cannot make it work.

I have tried with these to codes:

<div class="gk-photo">

<a href="http://demo.yumpnow.com/partners" style="background-image: url
('http://demo.yumpnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/yump_logo.jpg');"></a>

<h3 class="gk-status-text-bottom gk-statust-text-light homepage">

<a href="[pageurl]/partners">Våra samarbetspartners</a></h3>

</div>

----

<div>
<a href="/[pageurl]/partners" style="background-image: url('[pageurl]/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/yump_logo.jpg');"></a></a>
</div>

Can you see what I'm doing wrong?

regarding my issues with the grid.

as i mentioned in the mail i am not seeing the grid blocks but only some "loading" animation.
i followed all the steps you suggested and also tried it with a grid that came with the sample- gk tabs 1 and gk 1 that i created (two images) and all i am seeing is this- (screenshot attached in the mail)

please let me know if there is a problem with my installation or is there something else to be done.

i sent you a user name with the last mail.

thank you

Hello,

@Milenushka, I've checked your website and don't see this problem with "loading" animation in GK Grid widget. Which browser and operating system are you using?

Please check also other browser, e.g. Firefox.
