Menu do not display in IE9

I install (m)social theme.
Main menu do not display completely IE9.
It display half IE9.

How solve?

As long as you are logged into backend main menu is covered by WP administration menu. If you will log out from WP backend everything will work fine.

It is discomport and user in login can not find main menu.
