GK Grid – Include Pages or using gallery template for posts

Hello,

I would like to use the gallery template for tutorial pages that I plan to do.

I have two problems with that:
– Either I have to do a page for every single tutorial – which I then can't include into the GK Grid
– Or I would do posts for every tutorial (which I would prefer) and are includable into GK Grid, but then I can't use the Gallery template which is obviously only available for pages.

Is there any way I could fix this?

Hi,

Yes, gallery template is available only for pages, you want to slider from the gallery page to GK Grid, right? Unfortunately it's not possible, you can only add single photo. GK Grid may display other widgets, so maybe try to find some slider widget and put it into GK Grid.

Sorry, I may have communicated badly there.

I would like to include the image slider into posts – so I could do "tutorial-posts" and use the image slider for showing different steps of a process. I think doing pages is not really the idea of Wordpress. Also I could then include the featured image of a post into the GK Grid.

If I have to do pages and therefore give the page a featured image – is there a possibility to include the page into the GK Grid instead
of a post?

I understand, but unfortunately it's not possible to use this gallery with posts, also GK News Show Pro doesn't allow to display pages, so you can search any widget to display pages and add this widget to the Grid, or you can use Text widget to display featured images on the grid.
