You can replace image file from Msocial/images/guest-bg.jpg.

I'm sorry, can you provide more specific details on how (In WordPress) I go about replacing the Gavick Team photo with one of my own.

You can't do it via WordPress, you should do it through FTP, connect to your server, go to wp-content/themes/Msocial/images directory and replace guest-bg.jpg file with your own jpg file (with the same name).
