Quickstart installation - not working

Hello,
I'm trying to use the Quickstart files/method, but it's working for me.

1) download Quickstart package from website
2) created subfolder on my webserver http://www.maindomain.com/subfolder
3) uploaded complete Quickstart folder docs to subfolder
4) when I surf to http://www.maindomain.com/subfolder/ I get an empty screen, no installation process

5) I can create a database via the cpanel of my ISP, but that doesn't fix anything.

Can someone please help/advise me?

1) Do you have some empty index.html files on this location?

2) Did you tried to reupload the quickstart files?

1) in de Quickstart main folder only index.php exist, no index.html
I have an index.html file in de folder maindomain.com/subfolder/wp-content/themes/Msocial

2) yes, no succes

Very weird - in this case please send me the FTP access and URL to your website using the Private Message. I'll try to solve your problems.

Redid it again and everything worked! Theme is running with demo content
