Quickstart dosen't look like one in demo

I just installed quickstart and it doesn't look or operates the same as shown in demo...

Even got this :

Fatal error: Class 'RTMediaModel' not found in /home4/satyajet/public_html/wp-content/themes/Msocial/gavern/widgets.latestphotos.php on line 90

I don't know how to work this out... totally lost!!! :dry:

It doesnt seem like correct quickstart installation. Are you sure that you downloaded quickstart, unzipped locally and uploaded to your frp server and all files was send correctly?

Yes i did it twice and got same results...

Could you describe step by step how you install - it seems that there is some missconfiguration, as database inside the site doesnt contain data from quickstart installation - perhaps you are installing to different folder or database?

1) installed fillzilla and connected to hostgator server

2) Deleted all wp files associated to waghya.com and check if everything was gone.

3) copied all the quick-start file where i deleted old one.

4) Configured the wp installation (P.s : it said wp is already installed on the account)

5) checked in to it and found msocial installed the way it is...

Ps. buddy press was showing the i need to repair activity streams and register.

6) hence i reinstalled buddy press but the problem continued... even after creating Activity streams and register page manually...

I repeated all this process again, but it didn't help resolve the issue.

It seems WP installator doesn't override previous database settings/installation - please login into phpmyadmin and delete the content of database you are installing into or install into completely new database.

I tried everything possibleusin your forums and all...

But this (m) social is such a pain...

Not nothing looks like demo... and widget area is so confusing...

I would like to to check it for yourself with an account created for you...

I am not expecting too much... Just make it work... and all your branding thing like photos of your teams and all...

It is too messy complicated to work on this theme... very confusing...

Sorry, but we don't do that kind of support - its to much to do in one place.
Please create new question for each step - you will get to know the template and will be able to customize it anyway you need - just split big problem to small steps and ask question for every.

1. The data send in PM links to a folder that misses wp files.2
2. I haven't asked you for PM data - the text after -- is a signature and is attached to every post - please split your question to small parts and ask each as new forum thread.
Also in first place - check if files are uploaded correctly because they don't seem to.
