How To Allow Sign Up and Registration? Msocial

Hello,

Can you help me to understand how to setup the "Sign Up" and "Registration" page? I don't see any tutorials or any documentation on how to allow a person to Sign Up? How would a person become a part of the Buddypress community within my site? Can you please assist me with this? I can supply you username and log in for my site if you require it?
