Hello

I just tried to analyze my website with google analytics with no success. I just placed the analytics code and number under "features" in the template last week. But I do not get any information in my analytics account.

When I am using an other template I ussually put the analytics code directly in the index.php file (and then it works). But here in the (M) Social template I had to put the code in the backend of the template. But it doesn't work.
Any idea what I have to do?

Here the url of my website: http://www.berufseinstieg-jobfactory.ch/
Using Joomla 3.3.3

Best regards

Hello,

You should put only the tracking ID under the template settings not the whole analytics code.

Thanks for your answer.

Now I put just the ID under the template settings and saved it. I guess I have to wait now a while until google analytics will recognize that there is the code.
A strange thing is (maybe it has to be that way) after saving the ID no ID code is displayed in the backend (it still shows only the "gray" UA-XXXX). Is that correct???
