I know this is not for ya'll guys, but just "what if you know" kinda desperate question. Asked it on few forums, everywhere it's being ignored (this is my question quoted from getk2.org forum):
Hi guys,

I am on Joomla! 2.5.24 and K2 v2.6.8

In Joomla itself there's an option to create a menu item for List All Categories (LAC), where it's categories only on the page when people click on that menu item. But no matter what I do, I can't create such a look for K2 items. At the same time I can't believe there's no such an option. I've tried catalog view "Yes", but still it doesn't work like LAC does for non-k2 articles.
Any help?

Maybe here you'd know hot to get it? It's about page http://v-boge.org/dengi - it's set to Catalog View - Yes now, but nothing happens - still total mess of all articles from different subcategories together... But need it to look like here: http://fitness7vetrov.ru/articles just a list of categories, clickable...
Thanks

In K2 probably there is no this kind of view but maybe it is easy to modify some other view to display only categories titles. Did you try to ask on K2 support forum?

Extension don't support this view and there is no solution that I can provide you here. The only way is to recode totally categories layout to achieve the different view. This is not solution but maybe this article will help you → [The power of custom K2 templates - | GavickPro Blog](https://www.gavick.com/blog/power-custom-k2-templates/)

It shows how custom K2 templates may be use to achieve different views on the same K2 view (yes, I know it is complicated :)
