Hi,

The feature for infinite scrolling is not working on my site. Can you please visit: http://www.rurallondoner.com/index.php/jomsocial

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll see what I mean.

I have another problem with styling for the EasyBlog Frontpage Blog Layout which you will see if you follow this link: http://www.rurallondoner.com/index.php/easyblog

The title for the article underneath the image slider is getting clipped off. How can I fix this? If I don't want the image slider, is there any way to turn this off?

Regards,

Eric.

Hi

About infinite scrolling please make a test. Switch to a default joomla template and check if the same problem is happening there.

Looks like headings in slider are not dealing well with a different height of images. I would advice a small change to styling by adding this to override.css (override needs to be enabled in template settings in order for this code to take effect):

Code: Select all
#ezblog-body ul.featured-entries .featured-image + .featured-meta {
    background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);
    left: 20px;
    padding: 15px;
    position: absolute;
    top: 20px;
    z-index: 20;
}

Slider is a part of EasyBlog, so it can most probably be enabled/disabled in its settings, but I'm not an EasyBlog expert so cannot tell for sure.

Hi,

I tried the default template and the 'More' button works, but infinite scrolling still not working. The 'More' button does not work with the mSocial template, so at least if I could get that working first it would be a start. Can you please help with this?

Thanks,

Eric.

Hi

Sorry. I've missed the information from programmers, but looks like the ftp access You've send is not working:

530 Login incorrect. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

Hi,

The site is on a VPS and I have to connect using SSH, not FTP. I will resend the details using PM, but please ensure the developer is using SSH.

Thanks,

Eric.

Hi

Programmers told me that they were waiting for an access. The one You send is wrong. Even with using SSH connection it doesn't show files. Please look at my screen:

Hi,

This is correct so far. Now click ".." to go to the root directory.

Then follow this path:

home/sites/rurallondoner.com/public_html/

You will be in the correct area for the Joomla files.

Hi

Programmer just override the files with the same template version and it starte to work. Must have been a broken file or something like that.
