hello, we upgraded from jomsocial 3.1 to jomsocial 3.2, after the upgrade the site stopped working, we contacted jomsocial and they asked us to contact you because its a template problem. do we have reinstall (M) Social? you can access the admin site by going new.fansfrenzy.com/administrator
please let us know, as this is very urgent.

Hi,
1) First check what is result on default Joomla template
2) Then, yes please re-install template we published new versions. You can just copy only content of folders from /html/ inside template package, it should help.

sorry for bothering you again, what do you mean by copy from folders? do i download the new template and just install it, what will happen to all the customization i did in the past?

No problem, sorry for shortcut.
1) Download new template package
2) Extract all folders/files from it (unzip)
3) Then copy all files from gk_msocial\html\com_community to your server - just replace old files with new one
4) You can also do this same with this file: gk_msocial\css\jomsocial.css
that all.
