New Suffixes and NSP formatting

I've been gone for a while, trying to catch up a little, I'm starting a site with (M) but i'm finding all these suffixes with no documentation anywhere. Is there a listing with all the new suffixes that Gavick uses now?

Is there a way to use NSP in grid spaces so that they look like the text blocks in the social grid?

for the social grid, what can I use to do this with NSP.

Most probably you are mentioning the GK JomSocial Feed module, News Show Pro currently have no support for JomSocial (it will be available in the v.1.5 version).

The Grid seems to have no support for just a title and some text, it seems to be just image based. I want to do text based blocks such as the ones on the jomsocial feed module with NSP..

Also where can i find all the suffix's used in this template, especially for pages and NSP.. there is no documentation.
