Hi,
sorry - but we don't support RTL anymore.
You have to hire somebody to customization process.

p.s. Last time I did it a year ago, so I know that it should take ~~ 2h of very focused work (front-end only).

You can use Graphic tool and resize height to 100px or 140px and upload again.
Remember also to crop file, if you have space above and below logo circle.

I don't know how you do it, so I can not help.
Probably you have to use text-align:right !important; for all content.

I tried many solutions to move my logo text to be in right position but i couldn't do you know what exactly can be done here ?

I have found interesting RTL template for back-end of Joomla,
so if you're using J3.x you can try : http://magazine.joomla.org/issues/issue ... e-and-more

but you have to translate it :(
