i require ur guidance for Meta data options in joomla 3

In Robots I see 5 options:

Use Global
Index, Follow
No Index, Follow
Index, No Follow
No Index, No Follow

whats the use of this

Hi,
if you want google and rest of search robots index your page -- use Index, Follow

It means: YES Index my page and add to search engine database
YES follow all links from my page
