homepage like gavick quickinstall jomsocial page (header)

i need to know how to make the template's frontpage start with jomsocial, like you have here:

i replaced the home (features article type) with the jomsocial " home" type), but it's a bit off.

sorry but I don't understand your JomSocial page -- http://www.kookler.com/jomsocial -- looks very similar -- but you don't have any content to show.

If you need set JomSocial set as default item - change it in Menu Manager, use "star" icon as I did.

ok, that one was easy idd, but where is the big header situated? module...? can't find it in the backend.

Yes, this is a module, called GK Grid.

hi , still i don't get is. i don't mean the grid with all the boxes but the large header image (people around tree) on the page where jomsocial is. you only see this when you are not logged in.
