I'm doing alot better with learning this whole joomla thing considering Ive come love the platform and the gavick frame structure so much. I have a few issues now. I cant figure out how to reduce the space above and below my middle text that says " everyone deserves....". I would like to reduce the space to about the size of the box around the text.

Also the gk grid is cutting off the bottom of my images for some reason.

And I cant get the tabs on the grid to stop appearing, they load and stay there for some reason.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, please be patient I am still a beginner.
