Logo Size and configuration

Ive put a logo in at the top of my website. When I did, there seems to be an extra space below it now. Is there anyway to get rid of the space? Also I need to make it bigger as well. I would assume this can be done in override.css?

No problem, ive added the code. However, it did not seem to effect the logo.

Please make sure override in enabled in template settings or this code will not be used.
