How to change the language (front/backend) in (M) Social

Hello

I have just installed the (M) Social Quickstart Template. Everything worked good. After that I installed the german language files for Joomla 3.2. Set the german language to default in the language manager BUT nothing happend. Front- and Backend is still in english. Cleared the cache many times. No success!

What do I have to change to get the Front- and Backend in german???

Please help.

The Frontend works now with the german language file but the backend is still in english?!

Now the Backend has changed also (after I have the german language files installed again).
