Size of logo

When I added a slightly larger logo then in the demo the template makes the logo/menu module space much higher

The height of the logo is 40 px. Is there a way to put in a larger logo which does not increase the hight of the logo/menu module space?

You can manipulate with a margin of the logo by overwritting this css class:
