I am currently using this theme with Jomsocial and I must say its beautiful. Anyway I am using another extension to control the Facebook login and profile integration, so my task is to use the existing popup for login but with the alternative extension for FB login. How can i go about doing this..

Sorry, but we don't provide support for 3rd party extensions. It would be the best to ask them what action is required and then I can point out what file to edit.

To edit login popup box, please edit this file:
/templates/gk_msocial/layouts/blocks/tools/login.php
To edit standard login page, please edit:
/templates/gk_msocial/html/com_users/login/default_login.php

Sorry, but we were offline durning Chrismtass Choliday and New year.
There is no easy way to change facebook button. It is generated by facebook API, and is provided as is. To change it to something else (eg. image) you would need to write custom code and use FB JS framework, and that is customization that we don't support.
