Pixelated images in Grid GK5

Need some help. I'm using News Show Pro GK5 to pull articles onto Grid GK5 showing just the images, but they come out pixelated. I've tried changing the settings, thumbnail sizesm etc, but no luck.

Is there something I'm missing?

Could you show me your site URL ? It is always easier to check CSS/HTML code on live site.

What value is set in thumbnails quality in News Show Pro settings?

It's 100%
Image auto scale is on
Create thumbnails is on
Thumbnail width is the size of the repsecive grid space, e.g. the top left one is 375x375

Ok but images in News Show Pro are stretched to 100% so for example big image in Grid GK5 module is 615px width, please increase the thumbnail size and set cache for thumbs to 0 to see result without waiting until cache expire.
