in ver. 3.9.1. I disabled SOCIAL API from Template.
But Tweet and Pinit is always visible

Did you use cache ? Could you show me your site ?

I am having the same issue. I turned off both tweet and pin it and they are both there.

Dear,

I Think you use Joomla. Go to system>clear cache and delete everything.

If you don't use cache please go template settings, open advanced tab and make sure that option 'Use GK Cache' is disabled.
