toggles seo issue

Toggles have seo issues. So i am requesting a change in JavaScript for my website. I want this theme's toggles to keep open on page load and close after 5 seconds. Please tell me the java code and where to place that code.

it seems mobile version of toggles also needs css changes. But priority is JavaScript issue. Thanks
