How to setup homepage as on demo?

I have absolutely no idea how to setup frontpage, if I need homepage to be fullwidth (without sidebar) and also have Mainbody widget area, so I would look like on your demo.

How to do that?

Are you creating a new website or are you have an existing website with the content?

Hello, sorry for delay. I already have the content of website, so uploading demo content won't work for me.
